Breath of Bliss ceremony

Breath of Bliss ceremonies are a unique modality of breathwork, guiding you through an inner alchemy, transmutting lower density thoughts, experiences and emotions into love, joy & bliss through surrender of circular connective breathing.

Breath of Bliss is so much more then just breathwork, it's about creating community, building connection to yourself and others as well as unearthing self expression through breath, movement & sound.

This 4 hour workshop includes a smudging ritual, oil annoitment blessings, group practices, deep sharing , collective prayer field, light language activation , 1 hr guided breath journey delivered through amplified sound and microphone to help you journey deeper. Finishing with plenty of time for integration and grounding

We will move beyond victimhood, trauma and drama towards a unified field of love and oneness.

This is suitable if its your first time with breathwork or for those who are experienced breathers.

Includes hot drinks.

You may wish to arrive early to have lunch in the exceptional Colin Nash restaurant or book a table to have dinner after.

You may wish to bring light snacks when we pause for the tea break.

Please bring a blanket to cover yourself , yoga mat and blanket to lay on is highly recommended, there will be some mats and cushions and bedding to use.

If you have a medical reason preventing you from laying down , it is possible to use a chair but you'll be advised to breath much softer.

You may wish to bring something to cover your eyes .

Please bring a water bottle and most importantly bring an open mind and a open heart 🙏🏼
