<h4>Breath, yoga and visual arts come together in this unique mental health event at Contemporary Art Spaces Mandurah.</h4>

While surrounded by contemporary ceramics in the gallery setting, you are invited to observe your own form with guided sessions by Lea Hughes from Rise to Shine Wellbeing.

Breathe into Balance concentrates on using breathwork to regulate and rebalance the overactive mind.

This event is presented in conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Week. Please bring a yoga mat and drink bottle.
