Join me as we gather in ceremonial space devoted to the healing, remembrance, and reawakening of your sacred womb.
This is a half-day immersive retreat where you will be gently guided home to the intelligence of your womb space through breath, somatic alchemy, and ceremonial cacao.
Together, we will honour all that is asking to be felt, activated, released, and reclaimed.

Womb breath practices (including conscious connected breathwork)
