This weekly group is trauma-informed, focusing on connecting safely with the body and mind, along with building self-regulation skills. Different breathing techniques will be introduced, along with mindful meditation practices. Fee includes handouts. Research has shown that a mindfulness practice can help change brain function to become more resilient. $25/per class or a package of 5 for $100. Registration required. No walk ins.
