Breath & Cymatic Sound Journey w/ live looping: Newcastle

The session will begin with a 15-20 minute grounding Breathwork transitioning into a journey of grounding, shamanic & ethereal flow of tones, vibrations & frequencies.
Instruments used but not limited to; handpans, the crystal harp, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, harmonium, shamanic instruments, Native American flutes, chimes, rain stick, ocean drum & gongs washing over you.

Dan creates a peaceful and meditative atmosphere to help you relax, feel what needs to be felt & let go of anything you may be holding on to.

Through the power of sound & breath, you'll be guided on a journey of self-discovery and inner healing, as Dan takes you through a series of healing frequencies & vibrations that are designed to balance your mind, body, and spirit.
