About this Event
Join us on April 27th for a transformative Men’s event designed to replenish and renew our connection with ourselves and each other in solidarity and brotherhood.
This 4-hour immersion is a dynamic exploration of connection practices, playful shadow work, and the powerful practice of conscious connected breathwork.

OVERVIEW:
In our western culture, many men feel isolated, disconnected, and somewhat sedated — from their own inner selves, from other men, and from a life-affirming relationship to masculinity. Breath & Brotherhood (B&B) is an immersive journey towards greater meaning, connection and vitality in a focused container with like-hearted men.
Consider it an urban Men’s retreat of sorts, weaving together a wide variety of powerful transformational processes, connection games, and embodiment practices over 4-hours.
• Connection: foster deeper connections, strengthen bonds, and unlock authentic expression alongside other men in a container of solidarity, mutual respect, trust and affection.
• Breathwork: experience a profound body-centered therapeutic practice to reinvigorate your inner vitality and replenish the mind, body, and spirit.
• Masculinity: Experience a regenerative relationship with masculinity—one that nurtures trust, integrity, and empowerment in service to thriving life.
• Integration: Learn how to cultivate deeper wisdom and awareness through the depth of your own direct experience, and translate it into practical action steps in your life.
