This special event will start with a talk about the THIRD chakra and circle time. A guided meditation into the solar plexus chakra will then set the stage for the breathwork session. At the commencement of the active breath the sound healing will seal your practice with completion and bliss. You will be receiving reiki throughout the sound portion of the session.

Everyone will also receive a piece of citrine a crystal to compliment the activation and healing of the solar plexus chakra.
