Breastfeeding Workshop for Expectant Mums - Hemel Hospital - Face to Face

In this workshop the Infant Feeding Team will cover a tool box full of skills you may need with your baby before and after they arrive. In depth we look at how your breasts make milk, colostrum (baby's first milk), skin to skin contact, how to hold your baby to breastfeed, how to know your baby is getting enough milk, when to feed your baby and bottle feeding.

The class is booked for 2 hours with time for questions included in this time.

The ideal time to attend is after you are 32 weeks pregnant and is for the birthing or breastfeeding parent only due to limited space.

Please bring a doll or cuddly toy with you.
