During this in-person event, our experienced lactation consultants will guide you through the basics of breastfeeding including benefits of breastmilk feeding, how breastfeeding works, positioning and latch, pumping, bottle feeding, and returning to work if applicable

Additionally, we'll cover ways to know your baby is getting enough to eat, normal feeding patterns and behaviors, as well as a Q and A session at the end to answer any specific questions you may have about your health history or unique situation.
