Breastfeeding Café: Infant Food

We're excited to welcome Morgan Meneghetti as our special guest on Friday, March 27th!

Morgan will guide parents through the essentials of starting baby on solids, offering tips and strategies to build feeding confidence and navigate this exciting stage.

Some topics Morgan will cover include:

• Readiness cues
• Feeding approaches
• When, how often & how much to fed
• Introducing foods and allergens
• Iron-rich first foods

Infants are welcome, but we kindly ask that children who are already walking or mobile not attend.
