Breastfeeding Basics- Willow Creek (in-person)

Our breastfeeding basics class provides the latest evidence-based information for helping mothers get off to a good start with breastfeeding.

Class includes information about latching and positioning, maintaining milk supply, common breastfeeding issues, breast pumps, skin to skin, etc. Information for support person on how to support mom with breastfeeding will also be covered. We will have some hands-on activities. This class is taught by an IBCLC.

We recommend this class for all mothers who plan to breastfeed and are around 34 weeks gestation. Bring your partner or support person. You only need to get 1 "ticket" per individual or couple.
