This all-levels class invites you to move gently, breathe deeply, and open your heart in community as we raise funds for the Breast Friends Fund in support of metastatic breast cancer research.
Whether you knew Sandy or are moved by her story, this class is a space to celebrate her legacy, uplift others on their journey, and embody the compassion she lived by.
