October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we'll be doing our part again this year to support the cause. On October 23rd or 24th, you can participate in a workout with Premier coaches and members, get a limited edition t-shirt and your donation supports the UH Seidman Cancer Center. We will also be having a Silent Auction in the gym from October 17th-30th. Several local businesses have generously donated gifts and baskets for this event.
