Join Nadine as she shares her own experience of Breast Cancer, what she has learnt and why she is so passionate about helping others reduce their fear and anxiety.Nadine will give you tips on what to look out for if worried, how to self examine and get relevant testing and how to navigate your way through all the emotions that may come up for you.
You will have a safe space to ask any questions you might have. You will be heard, understood and offered compassion and resources to help you.
Choose either 2pm or 6pm
Running time 1-2 hours.
Nadine is the founder and teacher of the Calmer Self Method and has been sharing her techniques for over 15 years.
Mortain Place is a beautiful, relaxing setting for this event.
it is free to attend and there is free parking.
You will also be treated to some lovely refreshments.
