This 2-hour session focuses on gentle myofascial self-care techniques designed to address common post-treatment issues like scar tissue, restricted movement, and chronic pain. You’ll leave empowered with practical skills and tools to continue your healing journey at home.
The fascial system often becomes restricted after surgeries and treatments necessary for breast cancer recovery. These fascial restrictions can lead to lingering pain, decreased range of motion, and even complications like lymphedema, which can surface immediately after treatment or even years later. In fact, up to 60% of breast cancer survivors report ongoing shoulder pain and mobility limitations. Our workshop provides effective, science-backed techniques to help address these challenges and promote sustainable relief.
In this workshop, you’ll discover how fascia contributes to your discomfort and practice gentle self-treatment strategies to relieve tension and improve mobility.
