NWA WALK DAY SCHEDULE | 1-4PM• Check-In, Vendor Village, Welcome Tents, Food Stations, DJ, and Kids Activities Area Open at 1:00PM
• Program featuring Radio Legend Jon Williams as our Emcee and other Special T1D Guest Speakers at 1:45 PM
• T1D Parade & Opening Ceremony 2:15 PM
• Walk Begins 2:30 PM
• Walk, Vendor Village, DJ, and Kids Activities continue until 4:00 pm
This year’s Fall Festival Themed Walk will take place rain or shine!
WALK ROUTE
The Walk Route will begin in the Southeast Corner of the JB Hunt Campus Parking Lot just off of the JB Hunt Corporate Drive. The route around the beautiful JB Hunt Campus is approximately 1 mile.
WELCOME TENT
As you enter the walk area, the Welcome tent will be centrally located for all your Walk Day information! All attendees must register for the walk this year and sign a liability waiver. If you were unable to register beforehand, we will have people ready to help you get registered at the Welcome Tent. There will also be special identifiers for all of our T1D’s joining us and other fun goodies for our participants, so make sure to stop by this tent!
V1P'S
All participants who raised $1,000 for the walk are celebrated as V1Ps. Stop by the V1P Tent for a special gift and photo experience!
NEW FAMILIES
All new families should make sure to stop by this New Families tent. Then, go next door from the New Families Tent to the Photo Booth and get your Photo taken.
FOOD, FUN & ENTERTAINMENT
There will be several family activities going on throughout the day. Make sure to stop by Kids Zone where you will find sports inflatables, pumpkin and face painting, cornhole, and more! We will also have a Team Photo area. Our vendor tables will be filled with goodies and helpful information, so stop by and check them out. There will be snacks and lunch available.
PARKING
Free parking is located just north of the walk site in the JB Hunt Campus Parking Lot near Building A. Please drive slowly for pedestrian safety.
