Celebrate with us during National Diabetes Awareness Month at the Breakthrough T1D Community Summit on November 15th!The FREE event provides a morning of education, inspiration, and connection for the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community. Learn about latest breakthroughs in T1D research, hear about important topics, meet with diabetes exhibitors, connect with others impacted by T1D, and so much more!

Youth & Teens
9:30 am – 12:00 pm: Youth & Teen Program (for grades K – 12th grade)
Hosted by: Carver College of Medicine medical students and healthcare professionals. They will offer hands-on medical activities, career exploration, health literacy, and more!
