The Breakthrough Mental Health Conference is designed to provide our community with essential mental health tools, information and resources. Local therapists, social workers and mental health advocates will be leading sessions on a wide variety of mental health topics.
We are excited to welcome national speaker Sam Eaton, founder of Recklessly Alive, as he shares his inspiring story of surviving a suicide attempt and ultimately chasing a life that is fully and recklessly alive. Sam will also share warning signs, resources for healing, and how we as a community can help those around us struggling in the dark.
