Breaking Through the Growth Plateau

Growth hit the brakes? Find out why. Three speakers, fresh thinking and a room full of ambitious business minds at The NICI, Bournemouth
About this Event

We're putting business growth under the microscope, inviting three experienced voices to pull it apart and seeing how many long-held beliefs about growth make it out in one piece.

Here's what we've got lined up:

• Speakers who've been around the block. Lessons from the thick of it, a few things they'd do differently and plenty of advice worth pinching.
• The big questions about growth. Why growth feels like it has suddenly slammed the breaks on, where to look before throwing more money, people or marketing at the wall and the usual suspects that distract from the real issue.
• A few home truths. Challenging the usual thinking, questioning old habits and getting into the bits of business growth that aren't always sunshine and rainbows.
• Plenty of clever people to chew the fat with. A chance to get out in the wild, talk shop with fellow business owners and make a few connections worth keeping.
• Something to take home. A fresh pair of eyes on the challenges you're facing and a few clever ideas you might wish you'd thought of sooner.
