Breaking the Pattern - Why you are stuck in the same loop?
About this Event
Breaking the Pattern - Why you are stuck in the same loop?
In-person Event
Feeling like you’re running in circles? You have been here before.
Different relationship. Different job. Different city, even. And somehow the same argument, the same silence afterwards, the same feeling at three in the morning that you have lived this exact day already.
It is never only one area. Look properly and it is everywhere. How you handle conflict. What you accept and call fine. Who you become around certain people. The thing you promised yourself you would stop doing, four times now.
Most people call that bad luck, or their personality, or getting older. It is a pattern.
And the reason it survives every attempt you make to change it is that it is not a habit. It is held in place by an identity, something you built a long time ago to get through something, and then never put down. That identity keeps rebuilding the conditions it knows how to survive. That is its job, and it has been doing it well for decades.
You cannot think your way out of it. If understanding were enough you would already be free, because you have understood this about yourself before.
Three hours to see it, and start to untangle it
This is a workshop, not a talk. No slides, and no sitting quietly at the back. You will be working the whole time: alone, in pairs, and in the room together.
We find the exact place where your conditioning stops you, and we find it in your body rather than in a theory. Some of it will be uncomfortable. That is where the work is.
What we do:
How an identity forms, and why it keeps rebuilding the same life.
Finding your own loop, specifically, not in general.
Naming the identity underneath it.
A guided meditation to sit beneath the story instead of inside it.
What it actually takes to step out.
Who it is for
Anyone who has noticed the repetition and is tired of it. You do not need a meditation practice. You do not need to have done anything like this before.
