About this Event
Training Mission and Goals:
In the United States alone, up to 10 million people live with OCD and many more struggle with a diagnosable BFRBβyet both conditions remain largely invisible, with only 1 in 6 Americans with OCD receiving a diagnosis and millions suffering in silence. Our mission is to bridge this gap by moving beyond basic definitions, equipping participants with valuable diagnostic frameworks to accurately distinguish OCD and BFRBs from other overlapping conditions and expanding their knowledge of evidence-based treatments. This conference will examine common presentations, treatment barriers, and myths about these debilitating conditions to confront misconceptions and improve quality of care for consumers.
