About this Event
Join us for a Black History Month community health workshop focused on understanding blood sugar, hormones, and how they impact overall health and well-being.
This session is designed for adults who want to better understand their bodies, feel more confident about their health choices, and learn practical strategies for stability — without fear, extremes, or confusion.
During this workshop, we will discuss:
- What blood sugar really is and why it matters for everyone
- The connection between blood sugar, hormones, stress, and energy
- Why many people are “doing everything right” and still struggling
- Simple, practical concepts like food pairing and timing
- How understanding your body leads to confidence and long-term health
This is an educational session, not a medical appointment. No prior knowledge is required.
Whether you are living with diabetes, blood sugar instability, or simply want to improve your overall health, this workshop is for you.
This workshop is offered both in person and virtually. Please select the ticket option that best fits your needs.
