- 1:15pm - 2pm: Step with Khloe
This month's workshop topic will be: Breaking sugar cravings without restrictions with Jasmine Carbon, registered dietitian and founder of Carbon Nutrition and Dietetics. She will cover:
- Understanding the key drivers of sugar cravings, including blood sugar balance, stress, and eating patterns
- Why restrictive dieting often backfires and can increase cravings
- How to build balanced meals using culturally familiar foods to support steady energy
- Practical strategies to reduce cravings without cutting out favourite foods
- Exploring the emotional and cultural role of sugar, with healthier ways to meet comfort and energy needs
This workshop has been designed to be an interactive session with opportunities to listen and learn from one another.
This will be a space safe to talk share thoughts, connect and grow as a community!
We want to make these sessions as easy as possible, which means all you have to bring is yourself and your gym wear. We will handle the rest!

Hi, I’m Khloe — a personal trainer passionate about helping women feel stronger, more confident, and empowered through fitness. My step classes are high-energy, fun, and designed for all fitness levels, combining cardio, strength, and great music to create a motivating atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Whether you’re looking to improve fitness, boost your mood, or simply enjoy moving your body, my classes are all about building confidence and feeling good from the inside out.

We are grateful to our partners Nuffield Health City who are letting us use their premium site to hold our events. You know what that means? Not only will you have access to our class but you can make use of the shower facilities after your work out!
