Jacksonville is at its best when we’re united. This supper series, “Breaking Bread & Barriers,” began in October of 2024 for discussions around the theme, One Nation. OneJax. Using language from the Pledge of Allegiance as our guide, the four sessions will encourage participants to share respectful conversations around topics pertaining to the Pledge of Allegiance and will wrap up in June of 2025.Session 3: “With Liberty and Justice” - Our country was founded on the notion that everyone is entitled to liberty and justice. We’ll look at how health outcomes and climate issues impact our community disproportionately and explore the economic impacts for us all. Can we have liberty while injustice remains? How can we level the playing field?
Location: WJCT Studios
The cost per attendee is $40 and helps OneJax cover food, venue, and speakers for this event.
