The United States is experiencing a worsening physician shortage, exacerbated by regional and specialty imbalances. Panelists will discuss important federal levers to address the scarcity of needed healthcare workers, including bottlenecks in education, training and international pathways.
Please join the Niskanen Center on Wednesday, April 9th, from 12:30 to 2:00 PM EST for a conversation about federal solutions to help meet rising patient demand for care. Lunch and beverages will be provided. The program will begin promptly at 1:00PM, but lunch will be served starting at 12:30PM.
