The Janus School invites the community to join us on Fri., March 20 for an evening of storytelling, laughter, and meaningful conversation with Emmy award-winning visual artist and stand-up comedian Drew Beekler. At this inspiring event, the Lancaster County native will share his motivational journey of overcoming learning challenges, including dyslexia, as he pursued a successful career in film and television. Breaking Barriers: A Night of Humor and Hope will open with a short comedy set by Drew. Following his performance, Drew’s mother will join him to offer meaningful insight into the impact understanding, encouragement, and the right learning environment can have on a young person’s future. All are welcome to attend and learn from Drew’s experiences and bring their voice to this important conversation around literacy and education. We hope you will join us for this uplifting and engaging event as we celebrate Drew’s accomplishments and the hope and possibility for all learners.
