She Moves: Beyond the Decision

Most business support focuses on helping people start. This session focuses on what happens the moment after that decision, which is where many stall.

Participants come in with a business idea they have already committed to. Over 90 minutes they work through the following:

First, they stress-test the bones of their idea; what they are selling, who they are selling to, how money reaches them and whether it holds together on paper. This surfaces gaps they didn't know existed and gives them a clearer picture of what they are actually building.

Second, they work together to design the smallest experiment that would tell them whether their idea works in practice. Not a business plan, but a real-world test they can run within 30 days. They do this under a constraint, which forces creative thinking and removes the habit of waiting until conditions are perfect.

Third, they state their experiment, their timeframe, and the one obstacle most likely to stop them out loud, to the room. The witnesses are the accountability mechanism.

They leave with something written, something committed to publicly and 90-day markers for what comes next.

The session is designed with women in mind and open to all. It is built around each participant's own idea and not a generic framework applied to everyone equally.
