About this Event
The Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee will host the first-ever Breakfast for Better Mobility on October 3 at Acme Feed & Seed in downtown Nashville.
This event will feature a presentation from nationally-recognized transportation expert Jonathan Hopkins, award a Transit Advocate of the Year, and include ample networking time for public and private leaders from across the region focused on transit-focused connectivity.
Attendees are encouraged to take public transit to this event as part of the national Week Without Driving.
More about our speaker:
Jonathan Hopkins is the founder of Smart Mobility Associates and as a consultant serves as Executive Director of WPBgo in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is a multimodal transportation expert with experience across almost all shared modes, particularly in fast growing cities. He has worked in policy roles at Uber and Lime, as VP of Mobility at Brightline (high speed rail), and in executive director roles at Commute Seattle, the West Palm Beach Mobility Coalition, and the volunteer transit advocacy group Seattle Subway. He’s a decorated army veteran with degrees from West Point and Georgetown.
