Antonio is the owner of RWI Law where he defends individuals facing J*il time in Washington, DC. Besides his criminal defense practice, Antonio fights to protect and defend federal and private employees’ rights before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit System Protection Board, or the Washington DC Human Rights Commission litigating discrimination, harassment, or adverse employment actions on behalf of the affected individual.
Antonio's professional experience encompasses multiple leadership and management roles. Before opening his private practice, Antonio worked as an Employment Law Attorney with the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, DC. Before becoming an attorney, Antonio served as a military officer in the U.S. Air Force and deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his military commitment, Antonio worked as an Operations and Logistics Management Consultant for numerous private companies such as Lockheed Martin and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Antonio holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the District of Columbia, a Master of Science degree from NOVA Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He also holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
