Join us for a special Breakfalling Seminar hosted by MugenkΔn Dojo, featuring Larry Castleberry, 6th Dan from the Gozo Shioda Aikido Federation.This seminar focuses on the Art of Breakfalling, an essential yet challenging skill in martial arts training. Proper breakfalling helps prevent injuries, builds confidence, and improves overall movement and control.
Larry Castleberry will guide participants through basic to advanced breakfalling drills in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
