Break The Wall

Montirex invites you to BREAK THE WALL – an evening in Liverpool focused on breaking down the stigma around men’s mental health.

This is a space to show up, speak up, and support one another. A chance to check in on your mates.

In partnership with CALM, Montirex brings together athletes, artists, and everyday people for an event rooted in honesty, community, and connection. Expect powerful conversations with the founders of Montirex, open discussions around mental health, and lived experiences from special guests in sport and beyond.

There’ll be live music from Scripz and friends, a DJ set by Connor Doyle, and boxing competitions throughout the evening. You’ll also find free haircuts from Barbers No.1, free food from The Nashville Cluck, and plenty of giveaways.

This isn’t about being loud, it’s about being present. Whether you’re coming with friends or turning up on your own, this is a place where showing up and checking in on your mates.
