We inherit so much — belief systems, fears, patterns — from our families, our cultures, our experiences. Most of us have been carrying them so long we think they're just who we are. They're not. They're what was handed to us. And they don't have to stay.
You don't have to dig back through your past. You don't have to tell the story again. Telling the story just keeps it alive. This workshop is about something different — focused, intentional, even fun — using color, water, and guided energy work to release what's ready to go.
Karma is dying. The old cycles are ready to be broken. And you get to be the one who decides: the fears, the patterns, the beliefs — they end with me.
