Come join us for a transformative evening under the full moon where we will explore the power of literally breaking bottles , somatic breath-work, and primal scream therapy . This in-person event offers a safe space to release pent-up emotions, connect with your body, and tap into your primal energy. Let go of stress and tension as you breathe deeply and scream out any negativity holding you back. The Worm Moon symbolizes awakening and transformation. As the ground begins to thaw and earthworms emerge, this moon signals the start of new growth and opportunities. It invites you to shed old layers, nurture your inner potential, and prepare for the blossoming of your dreams.
Wait what?! You read that right! For 25 minutes you get to take bottles with paint inside and throw them against the wall. No, really! You get to break glass bottles…ON PURPOSE! One of those bottles will be decorated by you with your words or art and whatever it is that you want to release.
