Wait what?! You read that right! For 25 minutes you get to take bottles with paint inside and throw them against the wall. No, really! You get to break glass bottles…ON PURPOSE! One of those bottles will be decorated by you with your words or art and whatever it is that you want to release.

Now pair this with Holotropic Somatic Breathwork, an intense guided journey to access and release stored emotions, trauma, and tension in the body and discover your bodies in-ate healing abilities.
