THE COTTAGEThe Cottage break-even program presents bottles that are exquisite and rare, outside of what you'll typically see on menus and sold at our cost. Tuesdays only, we open the bottle at 4p and sell 1 oz pours until it's gone.
Reservations are highly recommended but not required.

RABBIT HOLE
A flight of 4 expressions featuring Boxegrail Rye, a bold 95% Rye Whiskey with a bright caramel amber color and thick legs that linger due to aging in Kentucky Rye Char #3, wood-fired, Kelvin Cooperage barrels. Cavehill Bourbon, bottled at 47.5% ABV, consists of a mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% honey malted barley, and 10% malted barley, thus promising spice and honey with a fresh apple breeze. Heigold a 95 proof Rye whiskey that is strong and bold. Lastly, Dareringer Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a wheat mash bill, is matured in #3, wood-fired, alligator char. It is then transferred to 500 liter casks that have been used to perfect sweet, dark Pedro Ximénez sherry.
