In this small-group workshop, we’ll explore the heart of sourdough—learning how to nurture your very own starter (which you’ll take home!) and discovering the joy of turning simple ingredients into something extraordinary.

• Guided instruction on creating and feeding your sourdough starter
• Step-by-step walkthrough of the full sourdough process—from mixing to baking
• A cozy, home-kitchen environment filled with hospitality and connection
• Sampling of sourdough-based appetizers and discard recipes (plus fresh bread!)
• Time to bake a sample loaf together so you can see each stage firsthand
• The chance to name your own starter and begin your breadwinning journey

🌾 Dietary Options:
Both All-Purpose Flour and Gluten-Free starters and snacks will be available. Please reach out if you have additional dietary needs (dairy-free, etc.) so we can make accommodations for you!
