Join Us for Breads and Spreads!
In this interactive and delicious session, you’ll learn how to make homemade focaccia and customize your own bread with seasonal inclusions and toppings. Think fresh herbs, roasted vegetables, olives, cheeses, and other flavorful combinations designed to inspire creativity in the kitchen and beyond.
You’ll also learn how to make and pair your focaccia with simple homemade spreads, including whipped ricotta, infused olive oil, and a seasonal jam or fruit spread—perfect for enjoying during your vineyard experience.

🍷 Wine is sold separately by Aquila’s Nest Vineyards. A drink purchase minimum of $10 plus tax and gratuity per participant is required to attend this event and can be made at the vineyard prior to the start of the event, after staff checks your ID. Aquila’s Nest offers a variety of non-alcoholic options as well. Outside alcoholic beverages, water bottles, or any other beverages are not permitted on the premises. This is a requirement of the Farm Winery Permit. Staff reserves the right to check bags and coolers.
