Class Description:

Come join us for a fun and interactive bread making event in Santa Cruz! Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete newbie, this event is perfect for anyone looking to learn the art of making delicious bread from scratch. I will guide you through the process of making sourdough, focaccia, pizza and enriched dough, teaching you tips and tricks along the way. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, get your hands doughy, and enjoy the smell of freshly baked bread filling the room. Class Guidelines:

In our classes you'll work with other students in small groups. The class size is no more than 16 students.

We will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class, seating is available. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have hair tied back. Aprons are recommended.

We recommend bringing containers to take your creations home.

Please inform us at the time of booking a class if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies (i.e. vegetarian, no dairy, etc.). We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Children 14 and older, with tickets, are welcome with an adult. For children under 14, please come to one of our classes especially designed for kids.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not offer cash refunds if you are unable to attend the class you've purchased a seat for. However, if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance that you will not be able to attend, you may do one of two things:

Transfer your payment to a different class with the same value

or

Designate someone else to attend in your place for a scheduled class
