You’ll make bread dough from a 19th-century sourdough starter, learn how to use the outdoor bake oven, churn fresh butter, simmer jam on the wood-burning stove, and even try your hand at flipping crumpets! Learn about cooking and baking at Fort Nisqually in the 1850s and enjoy eating the fruits of your labors. Ages 16 and upRegistration opens February 8th
