Led by Lucia Severtson, psychotherapist, and founder of the Brave Women's Community Center, this session is designed to empower and uplift, encouraging each participant to recognize and honor their inner strength. Lucia Severtson is a seasoned psychotherapist and the creative force behind the the Brave Women's Community Center nonprofit organization. With extensive expertise in drama therapy and a rich background in creative arts therapies, Lucia specializes in utilizing creative arts to foster healing, build community, and encourage authentic self-expression among women.

Lucia brings a compassionate and innovative approach and her workshops are celebrated for their ability to make participants feel instantly at ease, promoting an environment where laughter and joy facilitate deep personal growth and connection.
