Fill their relationship with vitality and engagement

No matter the age or stage of your relationship, BRAVE provides practical tools to help you become the partner you want to be and build the relationship you want to have. Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, BRAVE was developed specifically for Veteran couples to support stronger, healthier relationships.

Facilitated by:

Delia Esparza, RN, PhD, CNSPMH-BC, LMFT, a military spouse and therapist with 40+ years expertise, specializes in supporting Veterans and their families.

Jay Nickel, LPC, a counselor with over 20 years of experience, specializes in couples and relationship therapy focused on strengthening connection and communication.
