About this Event

The B.R.A.V.E. Conversations Certification is a full-day, practical program that builds the confidence and skills to recognize early signs of distress, navigate courageous conversations, and provide mental well-being first aid in the workplace.

Through evidence-based tools, real-life scenarios, and guided practice, participants learn how to listen deeply, speak with care, and respond early and effectively. The result is greater psychological safety, stronger relationships, and workplaces where people feel supported, respected, and able to thrive.

Participants leave equipped not just to notice when someone is struggling, but to step in with clarity, empathy, and confidence, while maintaining healthy boundaries for themselves.

By the end of this certification, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize early signs of distress and psychosocial risk in the workplace
  • Engage in courageous, respectful, and psychologically safe conversations
  • Apply practical communication and mental well-being first aid tools
  • Respond to challenging situations with empathy, clarity, and confidence
  • Support others while maintaining healthy personal and professional boundaries
  • Contribute to a culture of trust, care, and early support across their team or organization
