Hi friends! Welcome to Brave and Bold. If you're ready to get more out of your life without adding more to your to-do list, you're in the right place. I'm Kristin Andrus and I'm inviting you to join me in creating the life YOU want to live.
This quarter, I'm so excited to introduce you to Michele Reyes. A few weeks ago, I was listening to my friend Lizzy Jensen's podcast and I heard Michele talk about her Intentionality Method. My jaw dropped when I heard her talk about how my nervous system could be influencing what I think is true/not true about how I'm spending my time and resources. As a perimenopausal woman, you know I'm learning all about my body in this new stage of life. I can't wait to bring Michele's expertise to you!
During our time together, you will:
- Identify the protective patterns your body may be doing that actually are limiting your capacity.
- Learn tools to regulate your nervous system and distinguish between what is true and not true.
- Move forward with specific tools to create the life you want to live.
For attendance, a small donation is requested with all funds going to . The Children's Center provides comprehensive mental health care to enhance the emotional well-being of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families.
The donation amount is up to you, starting at $1.00. We invite a minimum donation of $10.00 to help us reach our goal of $2,500 for The Children's Center!
