The Y2K baddie takeover at City Nights SF. Rhinestones, butterfly clips, low-rise, sparkle everything. Grab your girls, come as your Bratz doll, and let residents Frisko Eddy, Javi, and HP run it back with reggaeton, perreo, and the Latin hits that keep the Bay dancing all night.
