All successful companies have instantly recognisable branding and are able to convey their vision in a logo. To create branding, a company must recognise the message it is trying to convey but also ensure it is not infringing on an existing brand. This workshop will go through the important elements of creating a brand, how to check it does not exist already and protect it using trademark registration. It will also cover the other elements of intellectual property, including copyright, design and patent.
