What makes an effective differentiator? How do you create a differentiator? Audit your differentiator. Pre-purchasing your lunch fee is $22 Purchasing your lunch on the day of the event is $25. Rich Austin has been the co-owner of Trembling Giant Marketing, LLC for over 11 years. He provides branding, creative, and marketing analysis and creative messaging and design for small business owners, and has supported hundreds of small business owners in our community and surrounding areas. In collaboration with his business partner, Amy Giannakoulias, Rich has been the creative director and designer behind the majority of advertisements in their flagship publication, My County Direct®. Design, messaging, and branding has been Rich’s profession since before he graduated High School. He brings his almost 30 years of daily professional expertise and training to the table when he shares his knowledge about effective branding and communications.
At this luncheon event, Rich will be discussing how to evaluate what makes your product and/or service different. You will learn about what, specifically, a differentiator is. Together we will evaluate what makes differentiators effective and we can collectively work to create or adjust your differentiator as a group.
