●Perfect if you're new to yoga or a beginner. Options and modifications always given whether youre wanting. I encourage participants to honour their body, listen to its needs and to have a safe humble practice.
● We incorporate the use of Yoga props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets & cushions to support the body and find an easeful practice.
●All equipment provided.
