About this Event
Join us for Braintree District Council’s Spring 2026 Landlord Forum, delivered in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).
With the Renters’ Rights Act due to be implemented on 1 May 2026, this session will give local landlords the opportunity to hear directly from industry experts about the key changes, what to expect, and how to prepare.
We will also provide updates on wider topics affecting the private rented sector, including upcoming changes to Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and the Decent Homes Standard, along with other relevant developments for landlords in 2026.
This will be an informative and practical event with opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, and engage with council officers and sector specialists.
