🧠⛈️ Join us for BrainStormers, a monthly gathering for brain aneurysm, AVM, hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke survivors, caregivers and community members.
This supportive group is designed to help you feel informed, empowered and connected through education, shared experiences and resources focused on stroke prevention and recovery.
Meeting goals include:
✓ Empowering participants with educational information and emotional support
✓ Creating opportunities to share personal experiences and connect with others
✓ Promoting good health and an improved quality of life
✓ Connecting participants with helpful community resources
💻 Options to attend in person at the Baptist Wellness Center at Riverside or virtually via Zoom.
