This is a unique event we are hosting in collaboration with other organisations and people; people who share a passion in growing and strengthening the voice of the person who have, through their own experience, supported the health of their or their loved one's #brain.
This is typically, but not limited to, people living through a #brain related diagnosis such as:

Why?
We want to support the NHS staff, by empowering people to identify simple, practical and affordable ways, that minimise a desire or need to seek healthcare support.
How?
By showcasing via a conference various examples of innovative lifestyle approaches known to deliver some of the best evidence-based outcomes.
If you wish to share the work you do in providing non drug approaches, we would love you to add your experiences to the conversations that are going to happen throughout the day.
